1. Reservations All table reservations are subject to availability. Bookings made through our website are processed via a third-party reservation platform (EatApp). Costa Fria reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible. We recommend arriving on time; tables may be released after 15 minutes if no prior notice is given.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may affect future reservation availability. For large groups or special events, specific cancellation conditions may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Menus & Pricing Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice. The menu published on our website is for informational purposes and may not always reflect the current in-house menu. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Conduct on Premises Guests are expected to respect the Costa Fria team, other guests, and the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave in cases of disruptive or disrespectful behaviour.

5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including gluten, nuts, dairy, shellfish, and eggs. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs when booking or upon arrival. Costa Fria cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Intellectual Property All content on the Costa Fria website — including text, images, logos, and design — is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
